Case Study Workshop
The Economics Case Study Skills Workshop is a specialized training program carefully designed to provide students with the necessary tools and techniques to excel in the A-level Economics case study paper. This extensive workshop takes place at two convenient locations: Bukit Timah Shopping Centre and Tampines. Over three sessions, students will receive expert guidance on effectively structuring their responses to higher-order case study questions, utilizing proven strategies and answering techniques. The workshop materials include comprehensive revision notes on case study skills, a variety of sample examination questions, and an analysis of common errors and misconceptions. Previous workshop participants have reported significant improvements in their conceptual understanding and application skills, leading to higher scores in their examinations. JC 1 Intensive Revision Programme (December Holiday)
The Intensive Revision Programme is a specialized study program that takes place exclusively in December each year. It is specifically designed for students who have not performed well in their promotional exams and aims to strengthen their understanding of JC 1 topics, establishing a strong foundation for further learning. The program emphasizes comprehensive content coverage and incorporates a range of Economics essay questions and topical case studies, allowing students to effectively apply their theoretical knowledge in exam scenarios.
The Intensive Revision Programme is available to new students who are not enrolled in regular weekly tuition classes. Participants can expect to benefit from revision notes and model essays, learn effective techniques for answering higher-order essay questions, and practice with authentic examination questions. Additionally, the program offers guidance on crafting evaluation points and value judgments to achieve high scores while addressing common errors and misconceptions.
