Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment of fees must be made prior to the start of each month. Enrollment will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment. The Centre retains the right to deny entry to students who have not settled their fees.
  2. All fees paid for classes are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed.
  3. New students joining the Centre during the academic year are obligated to pay a one-time materials fee of $120. These materials will be distributed according to the Centre’s schedule and will not be provided in advance.
  4. In the event of a student’s absence, it is their responsibility to arrange attendance in a different class within the same academic week.
  5.  If a replacement class cannot be arranged, the student may request access to a recorded video lesson.
  6. The Centre reserves the right to deny class attendance to any student exhibiting symptoms or suspected of having symptoms such as fever, contagious diseases, excessive sneezing, or profuse coughing.
  7. While the Centre prioritizes student safety, it assumes no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the provision of its services.
  8. The Centre cannot be held accountable for any personal belongings lost within its premises.
  9. The Centre retains the right to refuse entry or dismiss any student displaying disruptive, aggressive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior that jeopardizes the well-being of other students or the overall learning environment. In cases of continuous misconduct, the Centre may dismiss the student without refund.
  10. Classes scheduled on public holidays will be rescheduled to an alternative date and time. Parents and students will receive prior notification of these changes at least two weeks in advance.
  11. The Centre may use photos, sounds, and videos recorded within the premises for advertising and promotional purposes on its media platforms.
  12. All learning materials, including notes, worksheets, case studies, etc., are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. Selling or redistributing these materials in any form is strictly prohibited. Voice and video recording during lessons are also strictly prohibited, and legal action may be taken against students who violate this policy.
  13. The Centre retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and parents/guardians will be duly informed of any changes.
